The Royal Marine Conservation Society of Jordan (JREDS), in its capacity as the national operator of the “Green Key” program in Jordan and on behalf of the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE), conducted the Green Key certification audit for the Dead Sea Marriott Resort & Spa. The audit was carried out in the presence of the Jordan Hotels Association, represented by the National Green Key Committee, as part of the requirements for renewing the certificate for the year 2025/2026.

The Green Key program is one of the leading international eco-labels in the field of sustainable tourism and is awarded to tourism establishments that demonstrate a strong commitment to environmental standards and sustainability. This audit reflects ongoing efforts to promote sustainable tourism practices in the Kingdom and to encourage hotels and tourism establishments to comply with internationally recognized environmental criteria.
